I chose to visit the Qatar Airways Auckland Office rather than use the internet when I had to make a last-minute reservation for a flight to Europe.  The decision was the right one.  The personnel made sure all visa requirements were fulfilled, got me the best route and fare fast, and processed everything without a hitch.  The tense circumstance felt doable because of the human connection.  I even received assistance from them in selecting a flight with a shorter layover.  They were refreshingly friendly and knowledgeable.  The team’s ability to manage stress while maintaining composure is evident.  The next time I travel with Qatar, I’ll be going back.
