Usain Bolt is a worldwide renown athlete who holds the title of the fastest man on the track and his impact is not only on the track. Since the athlete began making appearances in public, especially after winning several gold medals for Jamaica, he has embraced team Jamaica’s team color of green and gold with elegance, fashion, and panache that has endeared him to fans worldwide; and these are good looks that emanate from a fashion conscious man with an eye for simple yet distinctive style. His dressing code usually complements his cheerful and assertive personality; he combines casual wear with formal suits reflecting both a sports icon and a style magnate. Below, are six of Usain Bolt’s most memorable fashion statements.
1. Usain Bolt In The Signature Puma Tracksuits
Bolt’s team-up with Puma has been fruitful and has created some of the standout sportswear eyewear. The Puma tracksuits which he is famous for wearing around, are both comfortable and fashionable, sometimes coming in colors of his beloved Jamaica, such as yellow or green. Whether exercising or being spotted in public places, Bolt is an example that athletes’ wear does not have to be ugly and dull.
2. Usain Bolt In The Red-Carpet Suit Look
On different glamorous occasions, Bolt has dressed up in more professional and classy attire, suits. I remember the power black tuxedo that he wore at the sports gala, a crisp white shirt, and a black bow tie that complemented the tuxedo. The look was classier and elegant, which goes a long way in explaining that the sprinter is well-equipped for both races and black-tie occasions.
3. Usain Bolt is Bold in Printed Shirts
Usain Bolt just like any other celebrity does not lack a sense of humor when it comes to putting on flashy prints. One of my favorite appearances was him wearing a bright sharp shirt with bright patterns and white trousers. Such a look made his outfit quite conspicuous and complemented his flamboyant personality which was characterized by humor and risk-taking on the red carpet.
4. There is always the classy term Athletic Casual with a twist to it.
Away from the track he sometimes fuses his preference for casual wear with some theme of style. This man was wearing a black bomber jacket, casual sneakers from a Branded company, and slim-fit jeans and it looked too stylish yet it gave an attitude of both street style and fashion world. There was no formality in the style but at the same time, it had a sense of fashion.
5. Edgy in Leather
As for the guests, Bolt made quite an impression at the event wearing a black leather jacket over a regular white T-shirt and dark wash jeans. The leather jacket paired with plain black jeans and a tee gave it an attitude that Bolt knows how to make even plain clothing have a rebellious twist.
6. Gold Medal Glam
Bolt knows how to take the gold and how to go about it whether he is on the race track or not. During one of the Olympics, he wore a gold-trimmed blazer at some form of event: he well knew that he was a golden champion and his desire to dress similarly was justified. The blazer accompanied by a white shirt and dark trousers was quite appropriate to his great achievements.
They are colorful and daring like him, and give an idea of comfortable living and a certain class as well. Just like someone, who started as a sporting legend in a track tracksuit and later suited up like an Olympian, Bolt’s fashion statements are as swift as his runs. His audacity of style has not only made him a sporting legend, he is a style icon in his own right.
