I am not a pro for you to believe when it comes to acne but my experience taught me so many ways on how to remove makeup properly with care. Our face is delicate and needs to be taken care of. Also, makeup can stressed-out your skin and will cause acne if you constantly use makeup without a proper way to remove it.

Before my face is flawless when I was still in my college years. I am using rejuvenating and other beauty products just like my classmate does.

Felt confident not to have acne because I did everything to make my face clean before sleeping. But I was wrong. Although you took care of your skin, it doesn’t give you the assurance to prevent acne.  A time came when I stopped using my daily products because I ran out of them. My acne started to sprout all over my face. That was embarrassing and very lowering of self-esteem.

I know that having acne when you’re a girl is embarrassing. So, I grab the chance to re-evaluate myself and my daily routine. I started from my food intake, allergies, and hormones that cause me sometimes acne. I found out that my acne is the result of my food allergies, hormonal imbalance, and not doing proper skincare.

To prevent acne you must refer yourself to a dermatologist and to your doctor. In that way, they can give you advice on how to take care of yourself internally and to your skin also.

So, in my case, I was advised to avoid any food allergies and maintain a proper healthy balanced diet. She also added that I need to stop using my rejuvenating set because our skin needs to relax from harsh chemicals. She told me to use organic ingredients and not to use pure chemicals on the skin. And it worked.

Today, I learned that we must know our do’s and don’ts to prevent acne.

Here are some of my skincare products that are effective

Removing Dirt from Face Step By Step

Use Oil-Based Cleansers from WATSONS use especially when you are removing your makeups

In most cases, plain old water won’t cut it when it comes to removing makeup. “More makeup brands created a formula that is formulated to be long-wearing nowadays so in order to remove makeup, you’ll need to dissolve it properly,” says Emmy-winning celebrity makeup artist Andrew Sotomayor. So by using an oil-based cleanser is the best first step to effectively cleansing the skin.

Foam Cleanser by Dr. Belmeur from THE FACE SHOP

This plays a big role after using an oil-based cleanser because it eliminates the oily-based chemical of your first cleanser. It also helps your skin to exfoliate dead skin cells.

Toner by Dr. Belmeur from THE FACE SHOP

Toner removes any last traces of dirt, grime, and impurities stuck in your pores after you wash your face. When added to your daily skincare routine and used regularly, it can have a major positive impact on the appearance and tightness of your pores (hello, aging skin).

Moisturizer by Dr. Belmeur from THE FACE SHOP

Treat dry skin now. Moisturizer reduces flakes and gives you that noticeable glow.

I hope this helps, especially those who have sensitive skin like me. These products really help me lot and it’s proven and effective.
