At the AACTA Awards, Margot Robbie wore a Vivienne Westwood Spring 1998 sparkling evening gown, while Cate Blanchett red carpet looks were magnificent in an Armani Prive Fall 2018 gown.
Margot Robbie continues to impress on the red carpet with one breathtaking fashion look after another. And this year’s red carpet season, I adore every gown, dress, and two-piece that she has won at award ceremonies, including the 81st Golden Globe Awards, the 14th Governors Awards, the 29th Critics Choice Awards, the AFI Awards Luncheon, and the Palm Springs Film Festival Film Awards.
And the sparkling evening gown she wore to the AACTA Awards from the Vivienne Westwood Spring/Summer 1998 ready-to-wear catwalk fashion show completely astonished me. A sparkling off-the-shoulder top, a beautiful bustier neckline, a daring corset, and a floor-length skirt were among the outfit’s outstanding features.
I loved how she paired her gown with Christian Louboutin me dolly-l metallic suede mules and finished her red carpet look with a Judith Leiber Couture slim slide crystal clutch.
Cate Blanchett also made an unbelievable debut in an Armani Prive custom-made two-tone jumpsuit that stole the spotlight.
Cate Blanchett looks amazing in both the jumpsuit and the gown, depending on which one she chooses. She was first seen dressed in this black velvet and gold gown from Giorgio Armani Prive Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2018/2019 ready-to-wear runway design during the premiere of the film “Suspiria” at the 75th Venice International Film Festival ceremony.
And now, at the 2024 AACTA Awards, where she was nominated for best actress and producer for the film “The New Boy,” she was seen arriving dressed in the same look but in jumpsuit form, complete with a gold top with an asymmetrical neckline, stylish puffed sleeves, and black velvet pants. She finished her appearance with black suede stilettos.
