From Blackpink to Best Dressed: Rosé Wows in Oscar de la Renta at 2025 MTV Video Music Awards
Blackpink Rosé has made fashion headlines this year for her outfits while attending and performing at highly anticipated events, including the Met Gala, the Deadline World Tour, and, of course, the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards, which she presented last Sunday.
Rosé, a New Zealand and South Korean singer-songwriter, was spotted arriving at the UBS Arena in Elmont, New York, on Sunday, September 7th, for the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards (MTV VMAs), where she received eight nominations for her hit songs, including “Toxic Till The End” and “APT.,” which won the “Song of the Year” award. The “On the Ground” singer arrived at the awards ceremony attired by Rob Zangardi in a bespoke ensemble inspired by the Oscar de la Renta Pre-Spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection, crafted by co-creative directors Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia. This outfit undoubtedly garnered attention and established her as the evening’s best-dressed.
This designed look included a butter-yellow sequin column gown with an off-the-shoulder neckline and a fitted bodice that perfectly embraced her petite figure, as well as intricate details of tassel fringes cascading from her knees to the floor, which added drama and sophistication to her already iconic style. Rosé, a Saint Laurent and Tiffany & Co. brand ambassador, matched her stunning Oscar de la Renta gown with Christian Louboutin “So Kate” beige blush patent calfskin pumps with slim 120 mm heels, exuding confidence and style.

To complete her overall outfit for the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards, the “Call It The End” singer chose Tiffany & Co.’s Bird on a Rock fine jewelry collection, which was inspired by the brand’s legendary Jean Schlumberger “Bird on a Rock Brooch.” Rose from Blackpink wore Tiffany Wings drop earrings in platinum and diamonds with sculpted bird feathers to accent her outfit and frame her face. She wore them with a similar wide bangle, giving a touch of luxury to her already magnificent look.
