Processing DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Fashonation may remove or restrict access to the reported content. We will notify the user responsible for the material and provide them with a copy of the complaint.
Repeat infringers may face account suspension or termination.

If you believe your content was mistakenly removed, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature (typing your full name will suffice).
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or any judicial district where Fashonation operates) and accepting service of process from the original complainant.
