Five Designers to Watch at London Fashion Week Spring 2024

One of the most outstanding aspects of London Fashion Week, (besides the fried fish and French fries and impeccably soaked tea, obviously) is seeing the new and exciting range of emerging talent. London is the spot to be if you are a new designer

This spring 2024 season is a stacked one, as NEWGEN — a BFC drive that supports green- fashion designers — is celebrating 30 years. Paolo Carzana, Harri, Yuhan Wang, Conner Ives, Feben, Standing Ground, and Chet Lo are only a couple of NEWGEN brands that have been making waves in the design business. Furthermore, Holzweiler, Aaron Esh, Eirinn Hayhow, and Mains London by Skepta are new increases to this season’s schedule that we are anxious to see. Below, I’ve rounded up a list of all the brands we’re generally anticipating looking at London Fashion Week, which runs September 14-19.

Aaron Esh: London Fashion Week

 

Both an alum of Focal Central Saint Martins and an LVMH finalist, Aaron Esh made his name in 2022 and will make a big appearance at his most memorable runway show this September. Motivated by womenswear and haute couture techniques, Aaron makes a coed closet that is soft and elegant, with clean lines and creative takes on closet staples.

Holzweiler: London Fashion Week

Originally a part of the Danish fashion calendar, Scandi brand Holzweiler is taking the leap toward the London Fashion Week plan.

Harri:

 

Harri is a menswear name established in London in 2021. The mononymous designer graduated with a menswear MA from the London School of Design; his last assortment made him an instant Internet sensation. Harri will be displaying his second collection this spring — and everyone’s eyes, including our own, are on him.

Mains: London Fashion Week

 

First sent off in 2017 and then placed on a short hold, Skepta’s eagerly awaited clothing line, Mains, is finally going to debut during London Fashion Week this season on Saturday, September 16th.

Eirinn Hayhow:

Eirinn Hayhow — who is making her London Fashion Week debut this season — portrays herself as a self-trained fashioner. She invests wholeheartedly in making exceptional articles of clothing from unwanted and salvaged materials.

Burberry:

 

Last but certainly not least, Burberry. This will be Daniel Lee’s second collection since being designated to the legacy brand’s creative director post, and his first showing of a fall collection. Classic yet fresh, Daniel Lee has everybody clutching the edge of their tartan seats while they anticipate the spring 2024 show occurring this Monday, September 18.
