Went through the exact same verification procedure during my first withdrawal last month when I cashed out my balance. I was initially worried that customer support would take days to process my files, but once I clicked to visit here and uploaded my documents for UK profile clearance, my account status was fully verified in under twenty-four hours. As soon as the identity check was completed, the payout was approved and sent directly to my payment method without any further holdups. As long as your document photos are clear and uncropped, the entire procedure moves along very quickly.
