Dua Lipa Stood Out in a Bold Two-tone Ensemble Featuring a Two-piece Top and Knee-length Pencil Skirt with a Thigh-high Slit

First up, seven-time BRIT Award winner Dua Lipa was photographed arriving at the Grand Palais Museum on the eighth day of Paris Fashion Week to attend Chanel’s Spring/Summer 2027 womenswear ready-to-wear runway show, titled “La Conversation – Part Three – Different Faces of the Same Coin.”

Throughout the show, Dua drew all eyes in a striking two-tone two-piece ensemble inspired by the look Chinese model Xiuli Jiang wore in Chanel’s Cruise 2026/2027 “Sous Le Salon La Plage” (“Beneath the Salon, the Beach”) collection, designed by creative director Matthieu Blazy and unveiled at the Casino Municipal in Biarritz, France, on April 28, 2026.

She wore a sleeveless turtleneck lavishly embellished with three-dimensional petals in coral and cherry red, edged across the chest and waist with sweeping white ostrich feathers, while a thick, boa-like garland of crimson petals encircled the neckline and flowed down the center to the hem. Her two-piece look was finished with a matching knee-length pencil skirt, adorned with contrasting red-and-black floral embroidery and trimmed in the same thick, boa-like garland of crimson petals framing its daring thigh-high slit, which parted with each step to reveal her left leg.

Three-time Grammy winner Dua Lipa completed her vivid look with two-tone baby-pink slingback pumps, distinguished by black pointed toes and sculptural mushroom-shaped heels first showcased by French model and actress Didi Degand at Chanel’s Spring/Summer 2026 Haute Couture show. Furthermore, Dua enhanced the ensemble with sculptural gold ear cuffs and her bespoke Eera engagement ring, adding a polished touch of understated glamour.

Following this, Golden Globe Award–winning actress Ayo Edebiri made a memorable appearance at the Grand Palais Museum as Chanel’s global ambassador, attending the brand’s Womenswear Spring/Summer 2027 ready-to-wear runway presentation, “La Conversation—Part Three—Different Faces of the Same Coin.”

The 31-year-old American actress and comedian drew attention upon arrival in a blue-and-white gingham Chanel micro-cropped jacket, draped casually over her shoulders and accented with bold, gold-embossed buttons along the front placket and cuffs.

She styled the cropped jacket with a two-tone black sleeveless A-line dress from Matthieu Blazy, first presented by Chinese model Feng Jiao Long during Chanel’s Cruise 2026/2027 show, “Sous Le Salon La Plage” (“Beneath the Salon, the Beach”). The design featured white piping tracing its scooped neckline and a distinctive tennis-inspired hem finished with coordinating contrast trim.

 

Rounding out her flirtatious look, “Opus” actress Ayo Edebiri wore two-tone white-and-black Chanel goatskin and mixed-fiber slingback pumps, previously modeled by the same Chinese model Feng Jiao Long during the brand’s Métiers d’Art 2026 ready-to-wear show at the Bowery subway station in Lower Manhattan, New York City. The pumps featured contrasting toe caps and stiletto heels and were styled with a white Chanel bowling bag from the Fall/Winter 2026 collection and black Chanel cat-eye sunglasses.

Last but not least, 35-year-old American actress Alexa Demie attended Chanel’s Spring/Summer 2027 women’s ready-to-wear runway show, “La Conversation – Part Three: Different Faces of the Same Coin,” on the eighth day of Paris Fashion Week at the Grand Palais Museum.

She attracted attention in a custom Chanel long-sleeved quilted leather jacket crafted in a high-shine, iridescent coral red, featuring dark, intricately braided chain trim along the crew neckline, cuffs, and center front. A matching high-waisted leather micro skirt completed the outfit, its thigh-skimming hem highlighting her sculpted legs and adding a daring yet refined finish.

“Euphoria” star Alexa Demie completed her striking two-piece look with Chanel two-tone patent-leather slingback pumps, fashioned from deep burgundy patent calfskin and crinkled light-silver laminated lambskin, mirroring a pair modeled by Australian Latahlia Hickling on the runway at the brand’s Fall/Winter 2026–2027 show in Paris.
