The first day in May is capable of only a single thing: the Met Gala night, which therefore means that the discussion about fashion’s biggest night will take place on the first Tuesday in May. Last night, the Met Gala’s 2023 red carpet was currently in full swing. This morning, as we work to compile a ranking of the best-dressed attendees, we question ourselves:
Attendees of the Met Gala were invited to “dress in honor of Karl” in keeping with the subject matter this year, Karl Lagerfeld: The Line of Beauty, however, it could be argued that his cat the actress was celebrated just as much as him. There was definitely no lack of inspiration in the theme.

.As the maximum recognizable couple representing Valentino and Gucci, respectively, Rihanna and A$AP shined vibrant like jewels at the pink carpet this year. In her spotless white Valentino wedding ceremony robe with a five-foot teach and camellia blossoms on it, Rihanna ascended the stairs. She addressed the cameras, saying, “It’s Valentino, baby. A$AP Meanwhile Rocky sported a full Gucci ensemble that was on concept but fell short, including a kilt that was inspired by Karl himself.
Most Jaw-Dropping Accessory: Dua Lipa’s Tiffany & Co. necklace
Pop singer and co-host Dua Lipa referred to her white-and-black brocade Chanel Bride dance gown from the 1990s as having “been on my mood boards forever. But her accessory was the star of the show. She wore a white Legendary Diamonds necklace by Tiffany & Co. That has by no means been visible before. And since the bling is above 100 carats, there is no matching this!
The Met Gala, held annually, is the primary event of the calendar year for viewers sitting on couches to discuss red carpet fashion and create some memes.
