The Princess of Wales loves London Fashion Week designers like Erdem and Emilia Wickstead.

The Princess of Wales will probably watch out for the catwalks this season, as she’s been known to champion clothes from London Style Week (LFW) fashioners.

These are just some of the times Kate has worn London Fashion Week designers for royal engagements…

London Fashion Week Designers 1. Erdem

For the Republic Day administration in Westminster Abbey recently, Kate ventured out in one of her go-to names: Erdem.

Helmed by designer Erdem Moralioglu, the brand is known for its heartfelt and floral aesthetic. For the help, Kate picked a navy force group including an all-over white bloom print, made up of a peplum jacket with fragile chain detailing on the bodice, and a midi-length skirt.

It was a well-chosen look, drawing upon a Commonwealth designer for the occasion – Moralioglu is initially from Canada.

London Fashion Week Designers 2. Roksanda

As a supporter of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, Kate is a recognizable face at Wimbledon – and in 2022 she went to the famous event in a sunny yellow dress.

The outfit, which had covered sleeves and a bow specifying at the shoulder, was from Roksanda – a mark known for its lively use of color, helmed by Serbian originator Roksanda Ilincic.

London Fashion Week Designers 3. Burberry

Legacy brand Burberry is one of the most exceptionally expected shows in the London Fashion Week schedule, and Kate is clearly inclined toward its plans – she has even been seen in one of the label’s iconic beige overcoats.

She brought a bit of Britain to Canada in 2011 trip, dressing down in an olive Burberry shirt during a visit to Blachford Lake close to Yellowknife.

4. Stephen Jones

Stephen Jones is frequently viewed as the go-to milliner for the royals – his caps have been worn by the Duchess of Sussex, the late Diana, Princess of Wales, as well as Kate herself.

One of Kate’s more experimental fashion minutes in a Stephen Jones creation came at the 2011 Epsom Derby when she wore a beret-style brown straw cap with a bow enumerating.

5. Temperley London

Many of Kate’s royal engagements expect her to wear a night outfit, and she’ll frequently pick London Fashion Week stalwart Temperley London for the event.

At the National Portrait Gala in 2017, she wore one of creative director Alice Temperley’s designs – a floor-length forest green lace gown with long sleeves and a high neck.

6. Emilia Wickstead

Emilia Wickstead is another LFW architect who frequently includes in the Princess of Wales’ closet.

Wickstead’s designs are very much wheelhouse: classic and demure cuts, generally in fascinating colors or with a peculiar contort.

Kate wore a lemon midi dress with long sleeves to the National Service of Thanksgiving at St. Paul’s Cathedral during the Platinum Celebration festivities in 2022, with the elegant dress given an additional piece of interest thanks to twisted detailing at the waist
