Scarlett Johansson’s stunning red carpet appearances have always wowed admirers, and her recent appearance in a ruby red Hermès satin gown at the “Ray Gunn” BFI London Film Festival premiere cemented her status as a fashion star.

On Saturday, October 10, 2026, during the fourth day of the 70th BFI London Film Festival, Scarlett Johansson enthralled audiences with her arrival at the Royal Festival Hall for the gala screening red carpet of her upcoming Netflix animated neo-noir science fiction mystery film “Ray Gunn,” inspired by an original narrative by Brad Bird, in which Scarlett voices the character Venus Nova, a popular pop diva dealing with a conflict that threatens to destroy her career and possibly her life, as well as Ray’s love interest, voiced by “Sam Rockwell.”

At the premiere of Netflix’s “Ray Gunn” during the 2026 BFI London Film Festival, Prada global ambassador Scarlett Johansson once again captivated the red carpet in an elegant scarlet satin gown designed by French creative director Nadège Vanhée for Hermès’ 2027 Cruise ready-to-wear collection, “Silhouettes on the Horizon,” presented in Los Angeles, California, on June 4, 2026.

Her bespoke Hermès dress featured a strapless sweetheart neckline, delicate ruching across the bust, a sharply sculpted waist, and a voluminous balloon-shaped cocoon midi skirt with side pockets, where she frequently slipped her hands while walking and posing for photographers on the red carpet.

The 41-year-old American actress and singer Scarlett Johansson continued to prove her star power on the red carpet at the 70th BFI London Film Festival, where she attended a screening of her Netflix animated film “Ray Gunn” by complementing her Hermès dress perfectly with scarlet Manolo Blahnik “Leva” leather sandals, distinguished by winding ankle ties and dramatic 105-millimeter heels that further enhanced her height.
