YG whose birth name is Keenon Dequan Ray Jackson was born on the 9th of March in the year 1990 in Compton in the United States of America. YG is an individual rapper whose music is identified with the West Coast region though we cannot mention the same of his fashion style which could be said to be provocative. YG’s style perfectly complements his music persona: raw, gritty, heavily influenced by the street, and with no apologies.
1. YG in Classic Red Hues
YG is quite particular wearing red, and this color dominates his outfits most of the time. From red bandana printed jackets to scarlet bomber jackets, this color is used to represent his origins but also provide a quite memorable look. Another look that stood out was a red leather jacket, red trousers, and black loafers.
2. YG in Streetwear Staples
YG contains a lot of street clothing, or rather, a lot of oversized hoodies t-shirts, and big pants. According to him, he always prefers clothes with bright graphics, logos, and slogans which lend almost street-wear aesthetic to the looks. His choice of the stretched plaid shirt with t-shirts brings out that he is from the West part of the country.
3. YG in Sharp Suits with a Twist
Moreover, YG doesn’t only stick himself to modern streetwear, but he never looks awkward in tailored suits. The basics, though, are always invigorated with a stoke of wildенко – for instance, a pinstripe suit, a red bandana, or big massive rings of gold. In one of the outfits that stole the show, he was actually in a black and white tuxedo alongside a wide-brim hat.
4. Statement Footwear
YG knows how to rock some kicks and yes they sell sneakers but they also sell some chic loafers. Sometimes he prefers formal Snickers such as Air Jordans or Gucci sneakers. For such occasions as weddings, funerals, and other corporate functions he likes leather pointed shoes, and they can have interesting textures or brightly colored leather.
5. Accessories Galore
YG also knows how to combine additional pieces of clothing that would make any apparel even more eye-catching. His style is branded: gold chains, diamond watches, and the ever-trendy tinted glasses. He also makes use of hats; the simple snap-back hats to broader fedoras which he pairs with his smart appearance.
6. Bandana Prints
While we have not seen Bandana prints as accessories, they have been pretty prominent in YG fashion looks in terms of clothing where we have seen it on his shirts, jackets, and pants. This pattern describes him pretty well and it is also a symbol of his culture and passion for daring prints.
YG’s style is at the crossroads of raw urbanism and sophistication. Everything from the bandanas to the fitted suits, ties, and shoes- his fashion sense matches his personality and sears him as a style icon in hip-hop music.
YG ‘s fashionable clothing arrangement is raw and audacious from the streetwear style of dressing, the bandana prints, and the embrace of the luxury appeal. But by wearing a red suit, he sticks to that which is brightly and vibrantly West Coast with only a hint of the urban influence.
